Merry Christmas! | arizona wedding photographer

December 23rd, 2009 , Posted in Uncategorized

I just want to wish everyone a safe and fun Holidays….or a Merry Merry Christmas! I will be in Arizona for Christmas, then flying home to Chicago for a surprise Birthday party for my grandmother…she’s turning 80! So I will be out of the office until Monday, December 28. I will be answering emails, but phone calls will be returned when I get back.

And because every post is best with a picture….this is what’s on deck…

inspired by…twice! | scottsdale wedding photographer

December 11th, 2009 , Posted in weddings

I was featured again in October (I know I’m a bit behind) on the Inspired By This blog. The blog post was about desert weddings, so of course I was so happy they chose one of my photos to feature. Emily and Paul’s photo of their feet in the desert landscape of their friend’s home was shared and I couldn’t be happier they chose this photo. I just love photos like this…they don’t always have to show the couple’s face to display drama and emotion. Thanks again Leila and co!

I was recently featured twice on the blog Inspired by This…which is hosted by Leila Khalil, a wonderful wedding pr girl who loves to promote all things wedding! The first feature was due to my wonderful friends at Twirl Boutique in Scottsdale and Chandler. I shot a wedding earlier this year featuring their cute as a button bridesmaids dresses. How cute are these dresses! Thanks Leila and the girls from Twirl for the blog love!

I was featured recently on a few websites so I thought I would take the rest of the week and share the posts and give some blog love back!

Today I will share the post from The Wedding Chronicle. The chronicle is a local wedding publication that features beautiful local wedding in Arizona. It’s locally owned and printed on 100% recycled paper…which you know I love!

The Wedding Chronicle featured the wedding of Desiree and Sam Dyer. I shot them way back last December. But weddings are timeless and are great to share all year long! Thank you for sharing this beautiful wedding!

My love affair with Julio really takes the spotlight at this point…so get ready for some more love.

The grounds at the Grand Tradition, in a suburb of San Diego great for weddings, is amazing…it’s perfectly tropical!

The Grand Tradition‘s Arbor Terrace has a wonderful tent where it hosts wedding receptions. It’s gigantic, but still intimate feeling…and of course there is a mini waterfall and fireplace!  I love the fabric draped on the ceiling…it’s truly chic.
